This project at Mailchimp involved showcasing marketing events on the events page to increase visibility and boost registration for partners.

Overview

The challenge of this project was to design a new event list module that integrates seamlessly with Mailchimp’s existing design while accommodating upcoming content updates on the events page. I aimed to enhance visibility for both new and existing customers by simplifying the design and incorporating supportive images to facilitate easy navigation of the new events.

Opportunities


Design

The current Mailchimp events page features various resources, including webinars and marketing tutorials, for both new and existing customers. To enhance visibility and maintain consistency with Mailchimp’s aesthetic, I opted to implement a horizontal card module for showcasing new event content.


Reflection

Through this project, I learned to make effective and swift design decisions that balance the needs of customers and partners while leveraging Mailchimp’s opportunities. I gained valuable insights into addressing various perspectives and successfully created a clear and cohesive design that aligns with Mailchimp’s visual system.
